The case-query form is the firm's preferred intake channel for any new matter. It routes to a person at the firm who will read your situation and respond within one business day.

A note on confidentiality.
Communications sent to Day Law through this website are read by firm staff and forwarded to the appropriate attorney for review. Until a written retainer agreement has been signed by both you and the firm, no attorney-client relationship exists; the firm does not represent prospective clients on the basis of an inquiry alone.
If your matter requires immediate counsel — for example, a workers' compensation claim with a statutory deadline approaching — say so in your case query. The firm's intake reviews urgent matters first.
